Question 1

Can you refasten the band if you check it and it's dry, or do you have to put on a new band?

Accepted Answer

These were not big enough for my dog, they did not meet to fasten on his back, so I donated them to our vet. The ones I use, that I found to be the largest for my 113 lb. angel Akita are the Amazon basics, I get the Large, that's the largest size they come in and yes, if you open it to check, you can refasten it. This should be true of all the wraps, but I can only speak from experience regarding the Amazon Basics. If it weren't for these, no other company makes a wrap large enough to go all the way around a large dog. I am glad Amazon carries these. I've read comments online where wraps did not hold, that snapped open, etc., so it's a matter of experience with different brand names. Good luck.

Question 2

How do you know what size to buy? I couldn't fnd the information on Amazon.

Accepted Answer

They are the only ones that know what XS means. I don't know how much money I wasted before I found them. The XS are for 6 to 13 inch girth and my little boy is a 4 pound handicapped Maltese. They fit him perfectly and they stay on until he potty's. They are also very well made.

Question 3

Does this item have blue dog-bone prints on exterior? And does it have just one velcro strip for fastening?

Accepted Answer

These Dono male wraps have cute blue dog-bone prints on exterior. And it has only one velcro strip for fastening, but sticks very firmly, wont slide off easily.

Question 4

If these are “in stock”, why is the arrival date january 8-february 1?? i’ve ordered these over 30 times before and always gotten them quickly.

Accepted Answer

You really need to write to the company mailing your order out to you OR, call them if possible. They may have them in stock at another warehouse, maybe not just the warehouse that supplies your zip code. I don't know, you really have to write them or, call them to get to the bottom of this. Also, see if they have a 24/7 Chat right in their website and tell them of the problem. Good luck.
