The only ingredients are: Arabica Coffee, Lion's Mane Extract, Whole Coffe Fruit Extract, Vitamin B3 (nicinamide), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Viatamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin). There are no Milk product or biproducts in this.

Will this protect flag a DOT drug test? Meaning will it show a positive on a federal drug test?

It is just coffee, butter and coconut oil (MCT). I don't believe any of those ingredients would be considered a drug.

Does it work in a nespresso machine?

I can only say with certainty that it works fine in a Keurig, which indicates to me it would not work in a nespresso machine.

all the touted health benefits, yet not certified organic?? Buyer beware!

Isn't Organic Certification subject to interpretation? There are several things that get Organic Certification off of only a couple ingredients actually being organic. Maybe... just maybe, they are holding themselves to higher standards.
