Have worked quite well.
Way better than the plastic ones. Went through an entire pack of those due to breaking or falling off.

Poorly designed
Well designed but poorly constructed. The stem that connects the rest to the pad frame breaks off easily, making the rest unusable. Went through the entire set in a matter of days.

They are a bit fragile
One I put on a recurve bow just spins every time I shoot it. Not well made

Not for a Spyder.
Installed this on a SAS Spyder XL. The plate is too long and hangs off the belly side of the riser when placed to allow use of a plunger. Also, the metal button where the wire rest is attached sticks out too far, pushing my arrows away from the riser. The plunger wasn't even touching the arrow and the arrow was angled well off to the side. This may be a great rest for some bows, just not my Spyder.
