Amana 70 Pint Dehumidifier, White

The product seemed to operate okay for several months. Recently, it just stopped. Troubleshooting tips don't address it in the manual. When I look up the model number, Amana says it doesn't exist. So, after only 9 months the unit won't run and the number keep blinking. I can't seem to get Amana to respond at all. I will not buy another one from Amana after this. The unit should last longer but is not dependable. This is the reason for the overall low rating.

The unit leaked onto my floor. I couldn't find where the water was coming from. After talking to a company representative who said it probably had a crack, I returned it to Amazon. I'm waiting for my refund to be applied to my charge card.

I have used many dehumidifiers before and I have to say, this one works the best. It is less noisy and functions better also. It is easy to operate and the portability is great, highly recommended!

It doesn't even work. Says it will start right away. No fan nothing

Purchased from Home Depot. It’s been running for 24 hours at 30%. I attached a garden hose to a low level drain. After the initial 24 hours - the hose was full of water, there was some water on the floor below the machine, and about 1/2 cup of water in the unit’s container.It is noisy - there’s a hum coming from the back of the fan.Not impressed after the first day. I will update after a while.
