Worked for both my cats
I first used this product on my vet's recommendation when I had to fly my two cats across the US and then keep them at a kennel until I could move them into a new apartment. The folks at the kennel reported that my cats were everyone's favorite and the best behaved. Of course I thought they were buttering me up, but when I moved the cats into the apartment, I left the collars on to help them acclimate. I immediately noticed that one cat who's a former indoor/outdoor cat (he became indoor-only b/c he fought too much) who often cries mournfully to be let out as well as for his meals no longer did so and instead vocalized less and in a calmer and less grating manner -- short "meawrs" rather than long wails. Both cats also purred and relaxed more easily. When the collars expired I didn't replace them to see if it could have been the new location that changed their behaviors. The former crier began to cry more and more without his collar. I bought him a new one and the crying began to drop off. The collar doesn't work like magic though. The cat has to get into the habit of calming down with it on. Early on, it works better if you try to help it by petting the cat and comforting it. You get a lot for your effort. Once I got the crier purring with his collar on, he'd lay down and purr and purr. Soon he could get into this relaxed stated with less coaxing. Another way I know the collar doesn't work like magic is that the crier escaped the apartment one day and when he came back, he went back to wailing to go outside even with the collar on. The crying began to taper off again only with time. In the past, he'd escaped without the collar and he made a lot more noise for a longer period of time before it tapered off some. He'd still wail regularly without the collar -- even after "forgetting" the outdoors. With the collar, the crying eventually tapered off nearly completely as his memory of the escape faded. I didn't get the other cat any more collars after the trip since her behavior is generally good anyway. I do have one negative story about the collar involving her. When she tried to get the collar off of herself when I wasn't home, she got it trapped in her mouth. It held her mouth painfully open and my girlfriend was too scared by the cat's panicked state to try to cut it off, which is what I did when I got home. It may have been that I had the collar too loose on this cat though I remember tightening it to the recommended amount before trimming it. Still, I'm not sure I can blame the product in this case. I also think that a break-away collar (which this one isn't) might always come off for some cats, but I wanted to mention this incident so others would be forewarned. I've tried two other companies' calming pheromone collars because they cost significantly less. They both worked just as well as this one on the crier, but I found the sickening artificial "lavender/chamomile" scent much too offensive. I can't imagine the cat liked smelling like a recently cleaned public restroom all the time either. He did scratch at the scented ones more often as well as over-cleaned himself when he had them on. While they both calmed him down, I'm willing to pay more for this brand because it's virtually scent/odor free. In summary, this collar worked well to help a neutered 9 YO male indoor/outdoor cat be okay with becoming indoor-only.

A bit over 19 years ago I rescued a Calico Cat and 5 months ago this collar rescued us both
I have a 19 year old cat who is a calico - you can imagine her cat-ti-tude.. I rescued her when she was 3 days old and she has never left my side since - through difficult life altering events she never once left my side. Every night for 19 years she has slept at the top of my pillow. She has raised 3 airedales, one boxer, 2 other rescue kitties who have come and sadly left us, and now she is bossing a corgi and mini pin around. She is quite simply the Queen in our house and knows it. But last year I started to see her change. She spent more time staying in the bedroom, did not want to be touched and spent little to no time with me. Medically she was fine - it was like she was distancing herself to make saying good bye easier. I honestly thought we were on the last journey together. This made going on a trip of a lifetime for 2 weeks very difficult. We would take little trips and every time she would have more and more issues. She would attack, hiss and bite everyone who took care of her while we were gone. It became so bad for them and her that we had to have her stay with our vet - that was the only person who would house her nas it was. They are trained to handle difficult cats but still my girl has issues. She gets stressed out so quickly that I even tried home services but she would rip into anyone who would feed her. She does better left alone in her own home but going away for anything longer than a day or so was worrisome for me due to the changes. Last August we were going to viisit family in France for 2 weeks. Vet said they would watch her and asked me very politely to drug her. I said I would not drug her so they gave me this all natural pet collar instead. I have tried using essential oils and even flower essences which had no result so I was doubtful that this collar would work but wow it did. That was 5 months and 3 collars ago and today I can tell you this is the most amazing thing ever for my kitty! She not only has come out of her shell but she spends more time with the family, is far more relaxed, and more playful. My old girl kitty has really changed all because of this collar. She acts like she is a young kitten and seems to really be enjoying herself. Sure she still attacks the vet when she kennels there but she seems to really be enjoying herself when she does it :-) She is not overly drugged, is not medicated - this collar just seems to take that brittle edge off where she can enjoy her life again and at 19 she deserves to have everything and anything she wants. NutureCalm feline collar saved us and I hope you will try it for yourself because you really have nothing to lose. Every animal is different just like every person so if this collar does not work for your kitty try another - just do not give up.

Noticeable, not significant, difference
It works. The first one we purchased really worked. Now, it's like he has gotten used to it. So, its not great but we do see a positive behavior difference. Better than drugging him.

NEVER AGAIN!
NEVER AGAIN!! In my attempt to help my twin boys, Panther and Puma, from suddenly fighting after over two years of only peace and love, I feel that this product could have killed my precious Puma. I had purchased one of these and put it on my Panther, as he was the one who had become the aggressor. I asked the vet to show me how to put it on, and she showed me to have it loose enough to put two fingers inside the collar while on the cat. When I got home from the vet, it wasn't even 10 minutes until he had it off. When I found it, it was obvious that somehow he chewed through it. I ordered two more and put one on each cat last night. I put it a little tighter, leaving room for one finger in the collar, hoping that this would not let them be able to get it off. I checked numerous times to make sure it wasn't too tight, that they didn't have any difficulties breathing. I awoke this morning hearing a scratching noise on the floor beside my bed. I turned on the lights to see Puma being choked by the collar. It was stuck very tight inside his mouth with his mouth wide-open and the back of it still behind his ears. We have wood floors and there was a puddle of saliva mixed with blood in front of him. I grabbed him and tried to tear the collar off. I could not get it to break apart, despite pulling on it very hard. With my boy in obvious danger, I grabbed him and ran to where we keep the scissors and cut it off. He had blood all around his mouth and for the next 20 minutes, he licked his paws. I could not tell him how sorry I was to put him in this dangerous situation. I'm just so glad that it happened right beside me while I was home! Had I not been home, I fear that I may have come home to a deceased little boy. I later picked up the cut collar to show my wife that it should break apart and I had to pull really hard to get the release to come apart. I know that it has to be difficult for the manufacturer to make it so that it doesn't fall apart easily but come apart in an emergency, but I feel that it's too difficult to release. Just glad I still have my boys alive and I will never put another collar on them.

Finally something that works
I have four cats two adult males and two adult 1-year-old kittens. The kittens have become a nightmare for the older cats and in the house. I actually talked to my vet and they suggested the pheromone collar so 3 weeks ago I put it on them just the kittens. What a change. It has stopped most of their terrorizing the male adult cats but actually slowed down some bad habits both of the kittens have. I've had cats all my life I am used to training them and they can be trained for these two boys or a little out of control and I needed help. So I bought them from Amazon at a lesser price than my vet because I'm going to change them every month to keep them under control until we have them into adult stages which can be up to 3 years with cats. Yes I recommend this color because I've used everything else and it didn't work including pheromone plugins you name it nothing changed the attitude of these two little boys.

okay...
I have just adopted a psycho kitten. He was abandoned at 3 weeks old and left to die next to a lake where bugs and worms chewed at him. He was not able to have the love of a mother or siblings and was therefore not taught how to act with other cats. Once he was rescued, he spent time at the vets and was then placed in a rescue shelter. I have another adult male that I had adopted 6 months ago who is a 20 pound ball of love. He has tried to "mother" this kitten, but he is absolutely crazy. He bites, destroys everything in site, kicks the crap out of my other cat...the list goes on. I have had him now for a month and I have been working with him daily and he has improved. He is starting to show affection but is still a bit aggressive with my other cat and still has psychotic moments. After reading the reviews, I decided to try this. After putting the collar, it took about 24 hours before I noticed anything. He was SLIGHTLY more affectionate and calm. Yes, there has been a very small change in him, but I don't think it's worth the fifteen dollars every month. I will see in a month after its time to replace it and decide whether there is a big enough change in him or not. At this point, I'm not real convinced this is going to be the cure.

I called the manufacturing company!!
I CALLED COMPANY WHO MAKES ***this product is 100% synthetic lilac and chamomile fragrance. It SHOULD not cause any lilac poisonings. It is made from zero percent of the plant. It may cause other issues with sensitive cats. ***MY EXPERIENCE. I contacted them for the sole purpose of my cat is VERY sensitive to the lilac plant (I come home with any on, it’s an immediate shower) I also know SOME of these (mainly cheaper) products will actually use lilac or chamomile, I wanted to triple check it was just fragrance. It’s immediately smells like Lilac. She’s been using this collar for about 2-3 weeks now. And it was an immediate change, within a day. I only bought because she’s an anxie girl and after nine years has begun cleaning her belly bald. I haven’t seen her excessively clean SINCE putting this on her. And I’m not sure how, but I know she’s enjoying it. She’s STILL an anxie girl, that’s just nova.. but I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t an easy “fix” This has been much easier than force feeding her medicine. About the collar now, it’s cute, purple and it does tear away making the clasp crap… but exactly what a cat parent wants. I’d rather have a tear away clasp than one that clicks any time. It’s been comfortable on her, fits right on/beside her normal collar.

This collar has fixed my cat’s anxiety and reduced his bad behavior!
This color saved my cat. He can be quite naughty and difficult to love because of his constant misbehavior and attitude. Most of our friends dislike our cat. When we were at our whits end, we tried this collar and it made a world of difference! Turns out, Dobby just lives his little feline life in a state of high anxiety. This collar calms him down significantly and he has an easier time going with the flow of daily life and handling changes in routine. We’ve purchased it 6 times now and we always see a big change in his behavior when the effects begin wearing off (although in our experience, they last much longer than a month). Each time we put a fresh collar on he returns to acting like a normal cat (I mean, he still gets in trouble from time to time but now it’s at the same rate as most other inherently obstinate and arrogant members of the feline species instead of at a destructive, life-ruining rate). The first couple days with a fresh collar Dobby moves slowly and is far less active than normal (like he’s on some serious kitty Xanax). Once he adjusts to the new collar, his activity picks up and he behaves like a normal cat instead of a high strung terror. It’s impossible to get our cat to take a pill so this is the perfect alternative to trying to medicate him. The very first collar we put on him resulted in a couple of minor sores around his neck because he kept scratching at it (he’d never worn a regular collar before). He hasn’t had any sores or skin irritation since so we don’t think he was reacting to the pheromone powder, just adjusting to having something around his neck. This product is WELL worth it’s price for the difference it has made in our home. My husband raised this cat from a tiny kitten and has always loved him enough to be tolerant of his persistently terrible behavior. He’s had Dobby longer than I’ve known him. To finally be able to love this cat like he does has been such a relief and a blessing!
