Broken

Terrible quality - Not the same as images!
Just received my tennis necklace and the quality is terrible! The clasp is not the same as all the images I’ve seen for this necklace and it’s so light and keeps flipping. I was going to buy a few pieces from Pavoi but now I’m hesitant.
