621 MagGo Power Bank, 5,000mAh Magnetic Portable Charger

This is a great wireless charger to have with you for those days where you are using your phone a lot. I bought it for my wife who has an iPhone that doesn't last the day when we're out and about and she's taking lots of photos/videos, now we just attach this to the back and her phone lasts the rest of the day with no issues. As you'd expect with Anker products, it feels very well made and is a great size for portability. It snaps to the back of the iPhone and also my pixel phone and is very securely attached so won't just fall off. Can't go wrong with this really, great product at a great price.

Perfect little power bank for on the go. It snaps magnetically to my phone and stays securely in place great for travel or busy days out. Charges quickly and doesn’t add much weight. I love the slim design and how easy it is to slip into a pocket or bag. Reliable and well-built, as expected from Anker!

This is a brilliant charger. Works very well. The only thing to mention is that it does get hot when charging your phone however it works very well for charging your phone. The magnet in it and my phone is great as it doesn't come off in my pocket when I am using it to charge my phone. Perfect capacity for charging your iPhone, it gives me a lot of charge, ideal to top up my phone whilst I am out. Would definitely recommend.

What a spectacular addition to my Apple ecosystem! Perhaps needless to say, I now get a full day out of my iPhone 13, no matter how much I’m using the camera, location services, video playback and a bright display for reading. I’ve only had the battery for a week now, but there was only one time when at the end of the day the phone’s battery was below 80%. It’s still a shock to me to see the battery indicator showing 100% all day long as it slowly drains the Anker. All well integrated. What I didn’t expect is that I have found no reason to ever remove the battery. It fits comfortably in my front pocket with the battery on, my phone balances very well in my hand, even better than without the battery. I find curling my index finger around the top of the battery gives me a sense of stability in every situation. Already adapted to it, now when holding my phone without the battery I worry I might drop it. I charge the pair each night with a USB-C cable via the battery, which itself charges the phone. I literally never remove the battery. I’m glad I got the 5000 mAmp version because it’s small enough to keep on the phone all the time and still does exactly what I need. I’m also glad I got the one without the little stand as I wouldn’t want to add a millimeter to the thickness, and I don’t want to risk any resistance while sliding in and out of my pocket. Without the stand, the 621 version is sleek. I could resist knocking together a wooden stand for the battery that works a treat in landscape mode for videos. Here it is waiting to be mated to its companion. What a great purchase.

I’ve been running this for 2 years now and whilst it still works as it always has it’s never been great. It’s thin, it’s portable and wireless charging but the trade off is the limited charge capacity. It’s 5000mAh which is pretty much 1 and a bit of a full iPhone charge, it’s never managed that! When it was new I’d get at best 80% from it, now it’s a couple of years old and a number of cycles later (not a huge number mind you) it’s lucky to push 50%. Like most wireless chargers it does generate heat and I think this contributes to the power loss through heat. For comparison I have a Snapgrip Pro which also has a 5000mAh battery and that easily charges to 100% and has leftovers! It’s not that this is bad, its just disappointing especially for the cost when I purchased it.

So far so good, compact, slim line and has taken me off having to lug lightning cables around in an increasingly USB-C world. It's replaced my Anker AstroE1 (6700mAh) battery with less capacity but way easier to take on journeys as it's very slim and fits very snugly and securely on the phone thanks to its Magsafe feature and not does add noticeably to the iPhones bulk. This means that you can (1) charge the phone and still use it instead of hiding it in a pocket or bag with a very awkward wire loop needed for conventional portable batteries (2) Easily slide it into a pocket without the additional coil of cables. I like that its so light and compact so that I can take it anywhere without being aware of its bulk or weight.

The pack is very slim and you can hold it and your phone and not notice too much. However. If you’re in a budget and need something to charge your phone when not using it this is ok. The battery pack does charge quickly but when I did the wireless charge on my iPhone both phone and charger became very hot. This is an old item as I found out after opening it so it charges at 7.5w wirelessly. Newer power packs are more expensive but the difference is in the quality.

Amazing and I love the colour. I can even use it as a wire charger for my AirPods and not worry about it sliding off the patch it has magnets
