Where can i buy rubber bands for the tim bird?

Hello there, when you purchase from Be-Active we are always happy to replace a band. Please communicate with us through your order information so we have all your details to send out a new band. With best wishes, Be-Active

It has a switch to let it flap its wings, but I can't make it "switch" - I can wind it up, but not switch it on. Any ideas?

Sounds like a factory defect, send it back for exchange. I don’t use the switch personally, I just hold it by the wings, wind it up, then throw it.
