Customer service
We purchased this item and had a problem with the pump, we reached out to the customer service at POPOSOAP. The support staff noted the issue we were having and quickly resolved our problem. We received a new pump and everything is working well.

Serves no practical purpose other than just something to look at
Waste of money! This trash has no real world use. Does not clean in any reasonable way! Just gets clogged , then fully disassembled every other day with absolutely NO change in water quality! Just a visual gimmick, nothing more nothing less.

Considering the price, performance, and other factors, this product is quite good. However, one downside is that it does not have a battery. It performs at its best when the sunlight is strong, but if even a small cloud blocks the sun, the water flow becomes a little weaker. I think it would be more stable and consistent if it had a battery, so that part is a little disappointing. However, I am satisfied with everything else. I plan to clean it regularly and bring it indoors on rainy days. I will have to keep using it to see how long it lasts.

Solar pond pump
This is amazing way to keep your pond functioning without a huge electric bill. It does work best on sunny days since it is solar and on cloudy days sometimes it doesn’t. But I love having something simple to set up and cost efficient. I purchased this in May then I decided to purchase the waterfall solar pump also. Because I have a large pond with a small pond and stream in the middle. The waterfall pump has been awesome. I was surprised it could pull the water from my big pond up the slope to the small one. I did have an issue with this pump. It stopped working after about a month but the company sent me a new one and I installed it this morning and it’s working. For me this is truly an easier way to run a pond.

USED
I was sent a used item with dirt and mud still in it. Very unhappy with this experience. I am returning to see if I can get a NEW one and hopefully I can update my review to a more pleasant one.
