Hello, The Holbrook doesn't necessarily come in a "female" version, but there are several Holbrook versions and some are cut not quite as boxy as this one. Most are offered in an Asian fit. EJ's

Are the lenses, Oakley symbol, and rivets interchangable?

Neither are thought as interchangeable. You can buy replacements, but you can’t exchange at will (as with the jawbreaker)
