So far so good, very solid construction, very fast. The setup included software updates which took a bit of time load and install, but after that everything was bliss.

Joined a new company that was BYOC (bring your own computer). This works like a dream! I can have multiple tabs open and have no bandwidth issues. If you're looking for a business grade laptop - this is it!

Terrible customer service, and item
I have regretted this purchase since the very first day. This laptop has been plagued with issues from the start: A stuck key problem that makes typing frustrating and unreliable. The monitor brightness is locked, meaning I can’t adjust it properly for work or comfort. The battery has already degraded to 25% capacity after only two months of use—completely unacceptable for something that was supposed to be new. It constantly freezes and requires a hard reboot, sometimes multiple times a day. This has been the most disappointing computer I’ve ever owned. For the price, I expected reliability, but instead I got daily headaches and a machine that feels broken straight out of the box. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. Save yourself the money and stress—buy something else.
