I bought these capsules to increase my breast milk supply, and from that viewpoint it did an amazing job. But it does have a strong odour, and I’m very sensitive to odours, so I could only take it for 3 days, because I was disgusted by my own smell

I don't remember why i started taking fenugreek, but I'm glad i did. I am perimenopause and i really feel this helps to 'balance' my hormones. I'm not having major menopausal symptoms, but things like anxiety, night flushes and sweats and irregular periods all seem much better with this. I trialled HRT earlier this year and felt a bit bloated and lardy on it, so i stopped and switched back to fenugreek. I take 3 caps a day. My periods have returned and are regular and i feel much better in myself. Im not saying its an alternative to seeing your doc if you're really having a miserable menopause, and HRT offers A LOT for women as they get older, but my own experience is, that fenugreek has helped me. There's a 'maple syrup' taste to it which some people say you start to smell of, but that's not my experience, you do get a slight taste of it occasionally, but it's not unpleasant. All in all the quality of this product seems good, the service and delivery was fantastic and they're easy to swallow.
