High torque replacement
I bought this set to repair my clock that had stopped working. I decided to replace the hands as well as the mechanism. Be careful if you do this. The description says 12” hands. I thought that was the size of the hand from one end to the other. However, it means to measure from the center hole to the tip of the hand. My mistake! I measured from end to end. I didn’t want to send it back and reorder so I just put the old hands back on. I seems to be very accurate. It was easy to replace. Just follow the instructions.

Scratched and flimsy crap
I just opened the package to put the new hands on my clock only fo find that the “new” hands have CLEARLY been used! They’re all scratched up and bent. Sorry material as well.
