Best thing I’ve bought from Amazon yet! I previously had an instant hot water dispenser but it was getting old and glitchy. I’ve bought stuff from Vevor before and it was good so I tried this. I love it! From day one, it’s had not issue. There were comments I read that it splashes when the water comes out but mine does not. It’s gets super hot and you can manually adjust the temperature you want. One great feature is that it remembers your last setting so you don’t need to constantly reset it. Boil speed it great, it comes out hot within a second. There is a catch tray that has metal on it which I love. My previous one was all plastic. There’s not “hook” that attaches the drip tray to the main unit so I put non slip bumpers on the bottom of the drip tray so that it doesn’t move around. The temperature isn’t true to the setting, as you can see in my video, but it’s not a big deal for me. It still gets hot enough for what I want. For all the features that it has, it’s a great value for the price. Loved it so much that I bought another one the next day for a gift.

TLDR: use something else. This needs work. The good: It makes hot water quickly and has a variety of temperature setting. It remembers your last settings. The bad: -It looks cheap and sloppy (the little pictures near every button are pretty bad and the lights under the buttons are pretty badly misaligned. The sad little loading circle as it dispenses water) The ugly: -The drip tray isn't connected so it doesn't stay where it needs to be. -It sprays water pretty badly. Other similar options might have A drip or splash in the back. This one gets a bit of a bath. -The. Controls. Are. Terrible. And. The. Instructions. Are. WORSE. -YOU HAVE TO HIT THE "WATER CEASE" BUTTON TO MAKE IT START -You have to cycle through the different options for cup size instead of having buttons I can't be more annoyed by a worse design of a control panel

Beautiful little water dispenser. It is super compact. The hot water is Very Fast and Very Hot (depending on your settings). I wish you could go up and down single degrees, but I can live without the feature. The only real complaint is that the water has to fall so far into a stander 12 oz mug that it splashes out of the cup a bit. There really should be an adjustable tray at the bottom to adapt for cup size. That said, I 3D printed one for myself that raises the cup up an inch, and prevents the splashing, as well as prevents the unit from falling forward when the water tray is removed.

I love it for making all kinds of teas every day. It amazes me at how fast it dispenses hot water at the temperature that you want and even the amount of ounces of water you want. No more heating pots of water on the stove anymore.

Skip this unit and buy the water drop hot water dispenser. This doesn’t get hot like you want a tea to be, and takes too long. Kinda sucks for the price.

This instant hot water dispenser has an extremely poor user experience! The water flow is intermittent with loud noise. The higher the temperature, the weaker the water flow—at high-temperature settings, it barely dispenses any water and only emits hot steam. At low-temperature settings, it doesn't dispense water at all. The screen also frequently shows error codes, making it completely unusable. I strongly do not recommend this product!

The child lock would not turn off so have sent back to US Also we had to purchase adapter plug and a warranty at extra cost Please advise This purchased as a Christmas present and has become a bit of a nightmare
