I’ve been taking this Thorne Copper Bisglycinate for a few weeks now as part of my daily supplement routine. Thorne is one of the few brands I actually trust for quality, and this one is no exception. The bisglycinate form is supposed to absorb better and I’ve had zero stomach issues with it.I added it because I wanted better support for energy, skin, and overall mineral balance. So far I’ve noticed my skin looks a little clearer and I’ve had more steady energy throughout the day. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste.The 60-capsule bottle is a good size and should last a couple months at one per day. Clean ingredients, third-party tested, and exactly what I expect from Thorne.If you’re looking for a well-absorbed copper supplement without any junk fillers, this is a great choice. I’m definitely continuing with it.5 stars. Solid product and great brand. Would buy again.

With supplements it's hard to tell if they actually do what they're supposed to. However Thorne brand is reliable so I am just trusting it. The inside contents of the capsule do look different than the other ones that I have so for now I am trusting that they are giving me what they are saying. Overall would buy again and would recommend to others. Packaging came standard THORNE, capsules are good size.

I'll start off by saying my copper status was found to be very low via a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test. I started having tingling in my toes and fingers, but my B12 levels were not low. Started supplementing copper and the nerve issues went away. I also noticed after I take this it feels like my brain just works better and I'm usually in a better mood. I think years of supplementing zinc, molybdenum, B6, NAC, and Vit C just killed my copper stores. Finally, and for which I am truly grateful: my toenails stopped getting ingrown! PTL, I can sleep again! I'm not sure how this works but I'm assuming this is due to some complex chain of interactions. Whatever, this has changed my life. Beware: everyone's body chemistry is different. People with ADHD might have too much copper vs zinc, for instance. If you have too much copper your brain can go crazy.

For years I had extreme joint pain. It was terrible. I didn’t know why. As a mother of a baby and a teacher toddler it was very difficult. They pile barely touch me and it would hurt. I noticed after some time I felt better when I was NOT taking a multivitamin. So I knew it had to be something into do with the multivitamin. I later stumbled upon an article that stated that copper and zinc need to be within a proper ration of each other. The light bulb went off. The multivitamin I had been taking had zero copper and a lot of zinc. Once I added copper to my regimen the pain disappeared. Recently I have noticed that the sun screen that uses zinc also causes me to have an imbalance of zinc to copper and that the pain returns. Hence the need for this supplement. This supplement works very well. I do suggest taking it with a full stomach because it causes me to be feel sick to my stomach if I don’t. Great supplement.

Nice but overpriced. To spend $30/month for one supplement, is too much, considering I take a lot of supplements. I’m now looking for a less-expensive replacement.

Just what the doctor ordered. Very positive results. Good value. Would recommend, check with your physician.

I take this with zinc and zinc word of warning definitely don’t skip eating something before taking

As per reviews on Amazon, Copper Bisglycinate - Vitamin supplement is a tried and successful nerve supplement that works. I take one capsule a day after food.

Excelente producto, tienes que comer proteína animal para no vomitar, pero en las últimas 3 semanas el precio incrementó entre un 30 a un 50%, ¿qué pasó? Fue de tener un precio normal a uno completamente exagerado en 3 semanas. Hasta acá sonó el rugido de tripas. Si no bajan el precio vamos a tener que cambiar de marca.
