Really great work shoes
These shoes are so comfortable and look great. I like that it doesn't look like boots since that's how most of my old work shoes looked like. When you first look at it, it looks like a normal tennis shoe. It even feels like it too It has memory foam inside so even if I'm standing for a really long time it doesn't hurt as much. It's also super light which is another reason why it doesn't hurt that much if I wear for a prolonged period of time. Since it's waterproof I can use it even in the rain or snow - especially because of the rubber sole I don't have to worry about slipping even in those poor weather conditions. I don't have to worry about the shoes getting worn out or ruined by the weather. Most importantly, it is a really strong steel toe. That's the most important part because of my job I'm always worried about hurting my feet and getting an injury. It says it's even bullet proof so it must be really resistant to getting an injury to the foot. Apparently there's also a 6 month warranty so that's an added bonus. I picked black since that's what I always prefer but there are other colors available. I wish I had these earlier.

Ultimate nursing shoe? Maybeโฆ
I am an RN and shoes for nurses have many qualities that need to be met. They should be comfortable, durable, nonskid, waterproof, easy to clean, and have a steel toe to keep patients and heavy objects from smashing your feet. If they also happen to be stylish, thatโs a bonus. I have used many shoes in my career, all of whom had some shortcoming (the very comfortable K-Swiss shoes suggested by a mailman that would slide on wet hospital floors or the Indestructable steel toed shoes whoโs outer Kevlar coating started to peel off within a year). But these shoesโฆ With every pair of nursing work shoes I have owned, I have purchased a custom pair of Dr Scholls insoles for, to add extra comfort in a job that keeps you on your feet. I did for these as well, but itโs possible that this was unnecessary. I think they could have done with a little more arch support. But that is the only quibble I have with these shoes. The waterproofing, the nonskid soles, the steel toes, ease of putting them on, everything is just right. Tough, durableโฆ I feel confident wearing them. They are a part of my gear, and when they finally need replacing, I think I will look to buy them again. Better shoes I donโt think I could have bought, but I could have definitely spent more money. I have in the past. If you need a great work shoe, buy these.

2 pairs bought
Ive bought 2 pairs of these as a glass contractor and found them to be fairly decent. I saw reviews on these not being very comfortable but i found them to be very comfortable once you break them in . In terms of durability both pairs lasted me about 2 years max and i can say that the inside of the shoe wears out quicker than the outside but once the outside wears out its bad when its rainy weather. I can definitely say they aren't 100% waterproof , maybe about 50% waterproof. It theres any wear and tear on the bottom of the shoe and you step on a small puddle you might get some water that seeps through. I just threw out my second pair after 2 years and i dont think i will buy another pair just for that water issue ive had .

7 month check in
The shoes have held up very nicely no heal pulling off the back, no holes, they don't even have enough wear on them to think they will get holes in the next 6 months either. I am absolutely without one of the MOST brutal people on my shoes. I am on my feet for 10+ hours a day and they bump into everything rocks, shelving etc. Shoes last 2 months at best before they show significant wear. These have gone 7 months and I am only just starting to show the smallest wear. Little bits of scuffs here and there. Every other shoe no matter if it's 300 dollars or 20 bucks has been eatten alive by my activity levels. So if you are like me and looking for something that isn't going to crap out on you in a few months. Pick this one. Their sizing is probably 1/4 less. So a 10 is probably 9 and 3/4 it's pretty close but if you are on the edge go up ONE HALF size. Do not go up a full size you will float in them. They run true enough you will be solid by picking the correct size. Comfort levels are irrelevant to me but they come with a decently supportive insole. They are in fact steel toe, not super thick but probably would stop a brick from squishing your digits. Probably would not stop a couch. Honestly can't say I feel running into things anymore. Anyway, if durability is your siren's song these are the ones.

$50/year?
I work in mold remediation so my review is towards a more towards a work space not every day wear. Quality - 2 Changed my rating from 5 to 3. The back is literally tearing after only a year of owning them. I thought I'd get more out of them especially since I had a $10 pair of walmart shoes that lasted for three without this issue. Update in 2026: The shoe is okay, but second pair tore apart completely. The backing is poorly made and another pair gone. Last review as I am moving onto Mold Assessment and I dont need this style of shoe anymore. Steel toe - 5 I will say that this shoe has saved me countless of times with moving granite. I was able to rest it on top of the shoe before continuing the move of the granite. Puncture resistant - 5 I have stepped on really large nails and they would bend on the bottom of my shoe. Super neat if you are in a work place where demolitions has occurred.

Great shoe
So at first, I was a little skeptical about the shoes being slip on shoes, but I tell you what after wearing them for a few days they are the most comfortable shoe and they are very durable now they are waterproof for a short time but shortly after using them for a few days, I noticed that I started getting water inside my shoe. It does seem like they are very easily to get stabbed through the bottom with something, but they are pretty durable.
