I love this reformer. It came broken though on the frame. I can’t figure out how to contact support

Fed Ex must have bounced the box around, it was torn in several places, but there was only some cosmetic damage to one place on the frame, which I chose to ignore. It went together easily following the instructions. I like to take my time, so it took me about 3 hours to assemble. The frame is very solid, the carriage moves easily and quietly, it does everything that the Balanced Body reformers at the YMCA do. The frame length is about 84 inches, so a very tall person may find that limiting, I’m 5’6” and it is fine. I’m enjoying being able to do Pilates at home. I’m 74 and finding that it’s really good for my body. I’m very happy with this purchase.
