Great electric bike and customer service. We purchased this for our 9 year old son for Christmas. Only assembly needed was the handlebars so was very fast and easy. Battery was fully charged, the tires needed a little air. Son loves it and rides it every day. Unfortunately, he and another boy crashed into each other and the front fender broke off. Both kids are just fine. I sent an email to Hiboy customer service (on a Sunday) and Cindy got back to me that day! She requested some purchase and series number details and is sending me a new fender under warranty. Mom/Dad/Son all extremely happy with this electric dirt bike for sure!!!

Great quality and the kids love riding it around. The three speeds are helpful when we have younger kids learning to ride it. My 8 year old loves going at full speed but my 5 year old is still learning at the slower speeds. Battery lasts a long time and is a high quality product.

Decent price. Great quality. Long lasting battery I do regret buying it for my 6 year old I think she could have gone up a size but it was a good starter bike.

I bought the Hiboy DK1 36V Electric Dirt Bike for my 6-year-old and he absolutely loves it. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and the speed settings are perfect for younger riders. The battery lasts long enough for plenty of fun outside. Great first electric dirt bike for kids!
