This paste how is it supposed to be used...can you put it on all over face and can it be left on under makeup..?

I would not recommend putting it all over your face, as it does have a distinctive scent. It should be used more like a concealer. Just dab on the blemish area. Yes, like a concealer, you can wear it under make up. Hope that helps.

Can I use this while pregnant?

I would use this while I was pregnant. I believe the ingredients to be all natural. But I am not a doctor so I cannot recommend that you do without checking the ingredients again and verifying that there would be no reaction to any of them, but for me personally, it is one product I wouldn't hesitate to use during pregnancy

Mine arrived without a seal under the cap.  Is this common?

Yes. It’s not a huge thing I’m worried about. It was made in Germany. It works amazingly so I overlook it not having a seal under the cap.
