I plan to use this thread to make a kumihimo braid. Just handling it to spool impressed me with how soft, strong, and vibrant this thread is.

Beautiful colors and fantastic shine, but this floss is completely impossible to handle or work with for embroidery. Just taking it out of the package, the threads snag seemingly on fingerprints alone and tangle instantly. They are also static-charged from being in plastic and there is no way to prevent them from knotting within itself. I'd love to work with these beautiful colors, but gave up after trying several times.

Das MINGGUXIUYI Maulbeerseide Stickgarn gibt es in vielen versch. Farben. Das Garn ist farblich sortiert in einer durchsichtigen Plastiktüte drin. Am besten ist es, wenn man die einzelnen Farben gleich aufwickelt, denn sonst könnte man ein ziemliches Fadenknäuel bekommen. Das Blaue Garn z.B. wiegt insgesamt 6g und beinhaltet 9 Farben. Somit wiegt ein Farbstrang nicht mal 1 Gramm. Es ist also sehr wenig Garn von einer Farbe. Aber die Seide fasst sich wunderschön weich an. Ich liebe Seide. Allerdings solle man sich vor dem sticken die Hände eincremen, denn sonst bleibt das Garn an den Fingern hängen und zieht Fäden. Dieses Maulbeerseidengarn ist sehr dünn. 6 facher Sticktwist ist dicker. Ich habe damit einen kleinen Leuchtturm in der Klosterstich-Technik auf einem feinen Leinen gestickt. Ich habe den Faden doppelt genommen. Nur oben die weißen Längsstreben an der grünen Leuchtturm Umrandung sind einfädig gestickt. Bei dem roten Garn sehen Sie wieviel Garn ich von dem rot verbraucht habe für den kleinen Leuchtturm. Für Kreuzstich mag das Garn dünn genug sein, für Klosterstich gefällt es mir nicht. Nur den Glanz finde ich schön. Auch für Klöppeln kann ich mir das Garn gut vorstellen.

Solo con que tengas un pellejito pequeño en los dedos, ya tienes el enganchón y el hilo despelujado. Sin embargo, esto es más habilidad mía que calidad del producto. Creo que la calidad es buena porque no se parte con facilidad, creo que realmente son de seda y el color es tan vivo y hermoso como el de la imagen de la descripción.
