I deck out my house for Halloween, and these stones were a perfect addition. I used them in a jar of bugs as part of a display with skeletons, and they were just right. I did have to be a little careful to make sure the jar was sealed, but that is only because my father-in-law kept saying they looked like candy. They do need decent light in order to get enough "juice" to get through the night, but this worked well even on my semi-shady porch. I am seriously considering using them along my walkway year round, buy even for my small walk, I would need a lot more.

Update: 6 so months later 10/2025, these are absolutely trash!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! For sure if you plan to put outside! The sun destroys them in the first hour. As of day one I’m not sure. Got home in the afternoon and when I opened them, they are a very pretty light blue!! And they DID glow!! However when I had put them in my bird bath 30 mins later which still had about an hour of dusk left, they did not really glow after that. So idk if that’s just a one night thing or the sun completely destroys them immediately! They are plastic, and do float at first however just simply tap them down and most will go down!! They are a very pretty blue!!!!! Guess an area out of direct sunlight might be better.

The green glow in the dark pebbles are the coolest. Can't wait till spring gets here, so I can enjoy them

These rocks are rather floaty! They float when you try to place them and migrate all over the tank when water is added! Glow is mediocre…not great.

The product is exactly as promoted. They do glow lightly at night, we bought the blue and have them in the backyard as part of a river rock scene. They are in full AZ sun so they get dusty and turn a greenish blue color that dulls over time. After 1 year I bought a few more bags of blue to pop color and mix with the others that are now off color. Although I’d love to have them all the same blue again, it’s too much work and expense to replace them all. Better to add abd mix.

When I first got these I thought they would light up the pathway in my garden and make the stepping stones I put them in glow as well. When they didn't I was very disappointed, but after reading the entire product description, I found I wasn't using them in a way to get maximum glow from the stones. I also noted that the glow isn't going to last through the night - only about 5 hours or so. It makes sense that grouping the stones together produces a better glow than scattering them far apart from each other. If you are not happy with the glow your stones are giving off, read the product description to see how you need to adjust the way you're using the stones in order to get glow/better glow from them.

I hesitate to order anything that doesn’t ship from Amazon, by these came quickly. This is the second time I bought them. They’ve lasted for years. I love these charming plastic stones.

These stones don’t glow in the dark in my yard. Maybe too much light. If i put them in a totally dark room you see a little glow. I used for a border around my patio and they look noce.

Not sure why other reviews complain they don't glow, because they definitely do. They're just not super bright. I didn't expect super bright though, so I'm content with my purchase.

Très peu fluorescents pas terrible

These blue, glow in the dark 'pebbles' (they're plastic) are such a quick and easy way of adding a colourful accent to your otherwise bland and boring garden, and provided your garden gets plenty of sunshine during the day, these plastic pebbles glow when it gets dark! Admittedly, the glow/vibrancy of these plastic pebbles isn't all that bright, even if blasted with sunlight all day, and the amount you get in the bag is definitely only enough for accent-scattering, but if you place them strategically around your garden, they do look lovely without looking too 'tacky'.

Had these sat in the sunlight for 3 days before putting them around my sons memorial, they don’t glow well at all, the ones in the grave that are nearly 5 years old glow better than these brand new ones’ very disappointing and upsetting. I’m not sitting there picking them back out to send them back. But they were meant for something super special to me and they’re just rubbish!! Bought some other ones but had to get 3 bags of them to cover these and actually have glowing stones, so all in all spent over £56 on stones because these are rubbish!! It’s weird we in amongst them there is approx a handful that do glow and I mean properly bright glow, whether it’s a bad lot or something. But didn’t wanna take thr risk and order more for it to be the same issue! I recommend a different brand
