The color in the thumbnail is not the same as what I received. I checked it is rock 'n rose but the color is a shade darker than maroon. I expected a lighter and pink shade as shown in the product image.

You BETTER not discontinue this shade, Covergirl!!!!
Okay. This is LITERALLY my PERFECT blush shade! I'm not the type of girly that switches blush shades for different makeup looks. I will use one shade forever because I want my blush to look natural like how I would actually look if I blushed! Y'all discontinued my OG shade Plumberry Glow from YEARS ago but THIS shade right here? I probably had blush blindness when I was using Plumberry Glow cuz I don't know how more PERFECT you can get than Rock n' Rose! So again, you BETTER not discontinue this one, Covergirl! You have a customer for life!!!!

Not the best, not the worst.
It is fine. On the dry side if that makes sense. Nice color. I use a different brush. Too much went on. I had to wipe off excess.
