What is the duty rating?

10 to 225 amps, AC/DC w/pulse, 120/240 volt, pre and post flow, Ck flex head torch 12 1/2' SF hose with 1/2" dinse with 5/8"x18 standard argon fittings.

Question 2

What are the electrical requirements for this welder? Typical 110v outlets are 15-20 amp, and typical 220v outlets are 15-50 amps, uaually 30 amps.

It comes with a 220 v 50 amp plug, however the power cord is only 12 gauge. If you pull 50 amps thru that you’ll be welding more at the back of the machine than the front! I’d guess it actually draws less than 30 amps judging by 12 gauge cord only being rated for 25 amps, and going by other answers.

Is it possible to attach a watercooler to it after upgrading to a watercooled torch?

I have the 225 machine and love it people don't realize it comes with a c k 17 torch with the really nice flex lines I forget what they're called oh that is much more expensive to buy I bought ck20 torch water cooled it's the ck20 F water cool F is for flex head got all the same setup as what came with it to the same kind of hoses those flex hoses they are really nice I bought that through someone else the torch I also have it gotten off of Amazon
A Mophorn water cooler  25 leader when I got it I was surprised at the size of it I thought it was going to be tiny it's not gigantic but it's big holds a lot of water 25 L was not a bad price on Amazon they also have smaller ones and that on Amazon same company I would recommend it dude remember you have to have a water cooled TIG torch which you can buy I like the 20 because his little bit smaller in size easier for me to handle  tedious jobs 
ck 20 f water cool torch I'm not one big on recommended things to people but honestly dude the 225 is really a good machine watercolor cooler is the way to go if you can't afford it I cannot afford it but I figured I ain't going to buy too many more I also want to get a good Shepherd bigoli machine and then I'll be set I have a big now but I like a real good one the one I really want is really expensive good luck with your machine once you learn I guarantee you won't be disappointed

Do they make tig mig stick and plasma combo welders?

Avoid the FIRTESS MP200.  It only outputs 160 amps max.  What is displayed is not what is output  What Yeswelder calls lift tig is really scratch tig, big difference between the two.  If you got it at earlybird kickstarter price it was an ok deal.  Even with the short comings.  However the ANDELI 220V MCT-520DPL has everything the MP200 has HF start but no 110V.  That's the trade off.
