This is a well designed bar. It is shaped properly for wrist and elbow support; it has a great swivel joint to provide a smooth action; the rubber like grips are comfortable; and it has a solid feel. It’s a welcome addition to my garage gym.

This V shaped bar is perfectly angled for me. Very comfortable for tricep push downs and equally balanced for cable curls. It is solid metal, chromed. It’s weight gives a steady, confident feel to the push & pull movements. One exercise I love with this handle is curling. Standing behind an adjustable flat bench angled at 120 degree angle, anchor it to prevent sliding. Lean against the bench pad, resting your chest against the bench, gripping the bar to resemble a “V” attached to a low anchored cable. Your legs just stabilized your position. By isolating your biceps you can squeeze out fantastic reps in this position. The amount of weight is small. It’s the isolation, eliminating any bodily assistance, that gives a great pump to the biceps with this handle.

Well made a d smooth operation. Rhe only issue I have had is the clearance for the cable connection needs to be a little wider. I had to pick up a smaller D ring connection to adjust for the lack of clearance

Works great. Never utilized a bar of this type and I’m surprised by all that you can do with it besides press downs. Build quality is good, and swivel is smooth(with grease port). Not top tier build, but hey it’s a Chinese knock-off for $38. As stated the tab where the carabiner connects is not quite long enough, but it works. Just use a small carabiner(one is included)or flip your larger one around. Lastly the rubber grips are less rubber like and more plastic feeling. If you are looking for a more “premium” version of this bar type, I believe body solid makes one for around $60.

This thing is a lot more amazing than I was expecting has a lot of weight to it.. if I had to guess around about 10 lb.. perfect for the home gym or private gym. if your goals are muscle body recomp strength and weight loss.. but if you just trying to have a pretty gym this might not be what you looking for. up close there's a lot of imperfection with the welding and the Chrome job.. the Chrome is chipping.. but other than that.. for the price this thing is official..

I bought this attachment after using it at a local Gym in my neighborhood. After spending some time using it, I wanted it for my home gym as I got a real nice "Pump" from it in my triceps! It is nicely spaced to widen my elbows when doing push-down movements, and angles just right for all curling exercises. The possibility's are endless with this attachment--so I encourage you to research your options!The attachment came lubricated at the center attachment joint. It was nice to see this as it will prevent a "squeaking" noise. In the future, you will need to lubricate this attachment to prevent any noise.The rubber handles are on nice and tight and prevent calluses. However, if this is going to be used in a commercial Gym with lots of Gym members, I would not count on the rubber handles lasting forever. Currently there is nothing wrong with the rubber handles, but please keep in mind, that I am using this for my own use and NOT in a commercial environment.Overall: for its price it offers a nice variety to your cable exercises! 5-stars and worth buying!
