衝撃緩和シートと袋に包まれていました 持ち手のゴムは短めです 本体を振ったり、移動させたりする際に、安全に行うため、 両手で持ちたいところなのですが、短いためにそれが難しいです 輪の付近のゴムを握ると、ずれてしまうこともあります よって片手のみで安全扱えるよう、事前の筋トレは必須です 急ではない角度のアップハンドルで、自身にとってそれはよかったです

使ってみた感じサッと汚れが落ち掃除が楽 サイズの割に軽く感じ使いやすい 深型で炒め物に最適

IH非対応、ガス火のみです。 プロ仕様ということもあり非常に厚い強化アルミ製。 かつ火の伝導率も高く家庭用のコンロでもきっちりとした火力で料理が出来ます。 使いたてはかなりこびりついてしまうので先に油をならして火を通したほうが良いかと思います。 難点はやはり重い所でしょうか。 男性であればくもないでしょうが、女性だと少しきついかもしれません。

ブラジルの刃物などで知られるトラモンティーなという企業の製品で、 私がチョイスしたのは２５ｃｍのフライパンです。 ちょうどメインで使っていたフライパンのコーティングがダメになり、 新たなフライパンを求めていたのですが、ちょっと期待外れ。 届いてさっそくチンジャオロースを作ってみたのですが、 色々と期待と違った面がありました。 一番わかりやすく違和感を感じたのが、 片手で持った時の重量感とバランスの悪さ。 製品自体が重いのか、取っ手の角度がよくないのか、 料理を入れる前・入れた後でも重く扱いづらいこと。 焦げないようにゆするなどのモーションをやりづらいです。 それから、２５ｃｍというサイズと無関係に、 全体的に浅く、傾斜部分がおおいこと。 思ったほど多くの量を調理できないし、こぼれやすいです。 コーティングや火の通りは問題なかった一方で、 上記の点が気になって仕方ありませんでした。 国内でももっと軽くて広くて扱いやすいものがあるので、 わざわざ謎に高く扱いづらいものをチョイスする理由はないかと。 特に女性や高齢者には向かないものだと思います。 ほぼ毎日使うアイテムは使いやすく馴染むものであるべきです。

ガス火専用フライパン。 持ち手は短め。やや重めで安定しやすい。 フライパンとしては普通といった印象。 フライパンも消耗品なので、この価格でリピートは難しい。

Great non-stick surface which somehow allows for pretty good searing. Was perfect for a single salmon steak. Also good for a couple eggs over-easy, or three scrambled. Easy to clean, looks great, solid pan, good value. Nice for solo-cooking or small side-dishes.

The best frying pan i’ve ever had, by far. Cooking on this frying pan is a different experience than any other. Eggs glide around the pan instead of sticking to it. You don’t have to cook on high heat, reducing splatter, in fact the instructions tell you not to, and food cook quickly, in control, without the greasy mess and smoke. We have gas burners, but in this way, it’s like cooking on an induction. Easy cleanup as nothing sticks to it. Get silicon utensils to not scratch. The back scratches easily, but who looks at the back?

I'm very much of the camp that thinks there are better kitchen investments than spending much on non-stick cookware. This pan is far from the high end of the non-stick pan cost spectrum, but it is very good quality IMO. If you treat it right, it seems like it should last quite a long time (by non-stick standards). Its non-stickiness has been superb. It has required ZERO scrubbing (i.e., a sponge or paper towel are all that's needed - not even the non-scratch abrasive side of a typical dish sponge has been required). The aluminum is also impressive. It's one of the heaviest non-stick pans I've ever used (which is fine with me - feels well balanced and the heat distribution is as good as you could expect from aluminum). The handle is rock solid, the rivets are spot on, the extra handle length is appreciated and the silicone cover on the end of the handle is a great touch. I was so (surprisingly) impressed by this 10in pan that I swapped out my old T-fal 12in for this brand's 12in not long after.
