This is a dream. It's an intense massager in a good way. It does SO much. Other chair massagers I've tried are basic with rolling balls that move up and down. This has rolls and punches and squeezes - all the good feels! The pressure is great to actually feel like something is being done, and it's adjustable. You can also move your body to adjust how you want your neck massage or turn it off if you just want to focus on your back. You cannot do your neck without your back; only the neck can be turned off. The spot function for the back is a nice touch. You can choose all, upper, lower, or get more specific with the spot that's adjustable. The heat adds a nice touch of extra relation. And the whole family is a fan of the butt vibration.

Does little to nothing for my back,rollers are barely noticeable, side and leg pressure feature is nice,neck rollers are painful,way to much pressure. So little for lower, mid and upper back, neck massage feels like it may injure a person. Very heavy also. Will return it and look for something better.
