I love MK supplements and have been taking the standard organ formula for a while. This Female Vitality formula steps it up even more. I’ve noticed improved energy, libido, and just an overall improvement in how I feel. I definitely recommend.

I ordered these because I had heard really good things about women taking beef organ supplements and decided to give these a try since they’re a bit cheaper than other more well known brands. Unfortunately, these capsules are really large and I struggle to swallow pills as it is, and taking 3 of these makes it a hassle. When I opened the bottle, the pills smelled beefy, which makes sense since they’re supposed to be beef organs. However, besides the fact that I struggled to swallow these, I normally take my supplements first thing in the morning, and then I go to the gym. I noticed at the gym that I would burp a lot and the burps would taste and smell beefy which was honestly pretty gross, especially while I’m working out. I didn’t notice a difference in my body at all while I was taking these, so I stopped taking them and switched to a gummy version of beef organ supplements. These are probably fine if you don’t struggle to swallow pills, and if you take them with a meal or at least not before the gym.

I had been wanting to try the organ supplements and was glad to find these met my needs well. I have definitely had increased energy with use and my skin has been a lot healthier and more radiant since I started using them. They are easy to swallow and I have not had any issues with swallowing these. I think the value is reasonable for what is offered and I would get these again.

Easy to swallow, other than having to take so many at one time. I didn't see a difference in health or weight loss. They didn't seem to have a weird smell but could end with some weird burps. I think you'd need to take for several months before seeing and difference or effects.

I took these almost every day when I was helping out on a vegetarian-only retreat. My body really needs animal products sometimes, and these really helped me during the vegetarian era this Summer. These seem pretty fantastic as a supplement, but normally I will just try to get enough animal products in a fresh format. Since fresh is not always possible, easy, accessible, or convenient, these are an excellent supplement to have on hand. Also, organ meat can be tricky to get enough of in a fresh form, so these are really convenient. Organ meat is extremely healthy and I think critical to eat sometimes at least, so these are a great value if you find it challenging to get grass-finished organ meat into your diet every month, or if you just want more, and need it really convenient. While traveling, especially, eating good quality animal products can be limited and challenging, and then these are a superstar for times like that. I used about half the bottle so far this Summer. 150 capsules goes a long way. I would get these again, though they are pricey ... they are not so much pricier than regularly getting good quality organ meat fresh.

I have taken different types of glandular supplements before trying this one, and I have found glandulars to be very beneficial when the right ones are taken in the right quantities. This Female Vitality supplement from MK is a high quality product. It contains a good mix of ovarian glandular (which I find the most helpful) with uterus and other things, and there are no filler ingredients. I take female glandular products because I am menopausal. They do not solve every problem that menopause causes me, but I find they help me especially with hot flashes and overall mood and energy. However, I cannot tolerate the high dose suggested on the bottle of 5 capsules daily. Whatever dose you choose, I suggest starting with one capsule and working your way up. I also suggest dividing the larger doses throughout the day. When I tried four capsules per day, I started feeling breathless and light headed. After some experimenting, I found that one capsule in the morning and one in the evening works best for me. I’m not sure what the purpose of the high dose of spleen is except that it may raise my ferritin and iron levels. I hope to see that on my next blood work.

This is a high-quality product from 100% grass-fed bovine. However, it's missing key details on the supplement facts label. It lists the ingredients, such as "Bovine Spleen, Bovine Kidney," and specifies the amount in milligrams for each. However, it would be beneficial to understand what specific vitamins or minerals each provides, such as iron, B12, etc. Especially if you take multiple supplements that might contain the same vitamin. The capsules have a slight odor and flavor, but you don't really notice it if you swallow them quickly. The capsules are your standard size for a supplement. I always like to know where the supplements are made and where the bovine is raised, and neither is disclosed. Lastly, for such a high-quality ingredient product, it's unfortunate that it's manufactured in a facility that can cross-contaminate with common allergens. For that reason, I would not purchase a second bottle.

I took these for a short time and then they were removed from Amazon and it made me worry about ingredients and what's in them. In the 2 weeks I took them they only made me burp. Maybe they changed the quality and readied them, but I was nit going to take it after they removed it.
