A little annoying at first because I had to keep referring back to the card to see what colour was what setting and I accidentally made myself a hot coffee when I wanted a cold, but now I’m used to it it’s fine. It makes great coffee’s. The frothiness on the cold setting is abit much but does make great iced coffee’s too, I just mix it until the froth goes down. I haven’t tried it in hot chocolate so I can’t comment on that. I haven’t used my tassimo since using this.

Product started crackling and only working intermittently 9 months after purchase. Don't waste your money.

Really nice frother. I bought this because my wife likes Latte, and I couldn't get a reliable foam of my espresso machine. This is easy to use, quiet and quick. We prefer the lighter foam. Although apparently full fat milk is better, this works very well with skimmed milk.

This works well if you don't want to buy a coffee machine with a brother on. It heats the milk and creates a lovely airy foam. It's very easy to use, just press a button to your desired function. It's easy enough to clean you just have to remember not to put it in the sink or dishwasher! It's the size of a large tumbler on a removable base with the plug.on. it's not too big for storage. I was impressed that it heats quickly. Great for the money. We've owned ours for several months.

Great milk frother - really easy to use as whisk is magnetic (so doesn't fall out when you tip the milk into your coffee) and the milk never catches/burns. Produces the perfect amount of froth for me, looks good - and I love the matt navy blue colour. Love it!

Excellent if you tap 3 times for purple function does exactly same as hotel chocolat velvetiser. Very impressed for much cheaper thanks

Is great when is working, however it takes a while to start once I plug it in, I press the button but it won't start.

This really isn’t as expected. I’ve only had it a few weeks and already it overflows even when you’re using the correct amount of liquid. The buttons don’t work either, it sticks on red all the time and you can’t change it. Also the on/off button doesn’t work as it should. I find myself pressing it a few times to even turn it on. The washing instructions are terrible. You can’t rinse it under a tap or wash it in a dishwasher or put it in water. Not sure how you actually clean it. Also, the min/max lines inside the cup are very difficult to see. I have to shine a torch to see how much to fill it. Pro - The actual container is of good quality and the wands for mixing are fine too. It just doesn’t work as it should.
