Product arrived on schedule but disappointed that it was faulty right out of the box. Would appreciate some level of quality control. Other than that, the product looks pretty decent. Product to be returned and another day without coffee. Wasted a coffee pod and milk that was used to make a coffee.

Is great when is working, however it takes a while to start once I plug it in, I press the button but it won't start.

After two weeks, using everyday for cups of coffee made with a Moka Pot. Excellent. Easy like Sunday morning. Feels good to the hand. A really nice, and thoughtful, touch is the magnet for the whisk so it's very easy to replace after cleaning and cleaning is no hassle, just a quick rinse and a wipe.

After using this product on juices or coffee the taste is becoming different. Some kind of machine smell is coming

Great product. I had never had a frother before, but this does the job so easily and quickly. It holds a charge for quite a long time. I look forward to using it every day. A tip: fill the mug or glass half full and mix the liquids. Any higher and it can overflow the glass. Enjoy!!

I’m pleased with the purchase of this SIMPLETaste handheld milk frother. I bought two, one for myself and one for a friend. This is my fourth milk frother, I use it several times daily to mix my Matcha tea. I appreciate that it is very powerful compared to the last couple of frothers I purchased. I ordered the white which is pretty and has a convenient stand. I also appreciate how quickly and thoroughly I’m able to mix my matcha powder and how easy it is to clean on busy mornings. I have been using this several times a day for about a month to date and it has worked reliably.
