Taste good. So easy to use, the tear tab is one of the best i’ve seen on a gel. Good carb amount, no digestive issues. 👌🏼

Followed Nick's videos on You Tube for years so though I would give them ago now they are availiable in the UK. Used them on a 4 hour bike ride at Glentress Forest in Scotland. Taste great a real burst of apple and cinimmon flavour, no digestive issues really liked them.

Actually really tasty gels, tastes like proper food rather than the horrible plastic vibe you get with other brands. Would recommend!

Was a bit sceptical to try these but they are really nice go down well nice taste, sit in the stomach well no complaints will buy again easy to consume.

After using other BPN supplements I thought I would give the Go Gels ago as I get back in to cycling. Having never used any energy gels before and hearing some horror stories and digestion issues, I was a bit optimistic about them, I'm pleased to say no digestion issues for me! Really nice taste (if you have ever had a McDonald's apple pie it reminds me of them) good quality as always from BPN. Keeps me fuelled on my cycle rides, yes you only get 10 gels for £27.99 but you get what you pay for. I think it's value for money for a good quality item that gives me no gut issues.

4/5 for taste (my personal opinion) Try it for yourself and see. Preformance wise it helps ok.

My honest review. I would rather use these than the GU Gels. It’s easy and the flavors are good. In terms of stomach discomfort, I noticed that my stomach needed to adjust to the gels and then resulted to me using the restroom after my runs. However it gets the job done! I still use them for my daily runs but will be switching to the Maurten Gels on race day as these worked better for me .
