So this is 5 stars reflecting the price. Its not a strong pressure washer, but it definitely gets the job done! The soap foams perfect, the nozzle works flawless. I dont have a hose access at my apartment and this was a absolute joy to use. Not a single complaint. Its easy, plug and go, accurate instructions. Just simple! Buy it and save money!

Great shipping and great product. Talking to Amazon sucks was told replacement was orderd and I did not order any replacment. Got my package just fine and it works well. I went spent way to long checking boxes to tell them but just gave up. Could not get a hold of a live person. Love Amazon but I like talking to some live. I miss those days

I had high hopes for this cordless portable washer, but it was a disappointment. The pressure was much weaker than expected, and it didn’t do a good job cleaning. It feels more like a light sprayer than a pressure washer. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for effective cleaning power.

Honestly it’s a great product. It worked really well that I bought 2 of them and might be buying more for business. The only downside is the quick connect fitting that has a built in valve broke on both of them. That fitting serves us best so I wish there were extras or a way for us to buy more of them.

I've had this for 7 months and still love it! Great value for the money and powerful enough for easy car and sidewalk cleaning. I don't use the 3 power settings. And it needs a bigger battery. You won't go far on a smaller batter. My biggest complaint is that you still need the plastic line to use with a garden hose. I wish the connectors would allow a direct connection. Otherwise, it's been great!

I have only used this a few times but it works great for my purpose. I purchased this washer to pull from a 5 gallon pail of water in the winter to spray the salt off of our camper. We live in MN so using a hose is not practical in below zero temperatures. My M18 battery fit perfectly and charge lasted long enough to rinse the entire camper.

Don’t know if this product is defective but seems to pulsate trying to ejaculate water! So in principle it works but it keeps on stalling and I checked everything and nothing. So I will give it another try this weekend!

it will clean concrete and other surfaces but the spray is so small it will take for ever ..Can't say it is really much better than the water hose for cleaning cars. At the highest pressure it will do a decent job on rims with a lot of brake dust/grime.Wil burn through a 3 amp battery pretty fast. I started using a 5 amp that i normally use for my blower.Only giving 3 stars is due to the way you have to attach it to a water hose. They have an adapter to screw onto your faucet but then you are stuck with only the length of the small water line that came with the sprayer. My water faucet is 25 feet from the front of my house so there is no way i can wash my car with only a 20 ft house.

Very pleased with the product. I had noted others complained that the sprayer broke after a couple of uses. I researched this issue before purchase and found that internal valves may close if environment is cold/ dry. This stops water from entering the pump when using the sprayer in a suction mode.The fix is easy and attached here (as provided by the company)“Here's the step-by-step valve reset process for the ZiDeNex Cordless Pressure Washer:1. Prepare Water Connection• Gather your pressure washer and hose• Locate a working tap or faucet• Use the included 3/4" faucet connector if needed2. Connect to Tap• Attach the hose to the pressure washer's water inlet• Connect the other end to your tap using the appropriate connector• Ensure connections are secure (push firmly until fully seated)3.
