This tool works pretty well. It's a bit of a pain to switch bits, but it does the job. It's heavy and feels well-built. The rivets really need to be in a clean-cut, snug hole, or you risk pulling the rivet unevenly (I did this by mistake while testing), which will impact how square and true your connection is. It included a pack of rivets which are good for practicing. I also stripped the threads on one rivet while testing (the tool threads held up well). I'd recommend using high-quality rivets. Careful, this tool allows you to pull with substantial force. The main point is that it's a very handy tool at a nice value, but if you haven't used one before, it takes some practice to get them installed just right. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and am very satisfied with the results. I had never used a rivet nut tool before, and a project came my way that seemed like a good time to try one. For the price, in my opinion, you are getting a good value. I find the tool is easy to use and set up. The tool comes with various mandrels to fit different size Rivet nuts to cover a wide range of uses. The only part that was an issue for me was knowing what size hole to drill for the rivet nuts. Google to the rescue. I made myself a chart that I keep in the case with the tool listing the drill bit sizes. This is a well-made tool and has been a pleasure to use.
