Perfect pot for a low country boil
At 50 quarts itโs not huge per se but itโs perfect for 15-20 guests, especially if you have other appetizers and sides. The construction is solid and sturdy. Itโs really a perfect complement to a Fourth of July celebration, a summertime birthday or, if youโre so inclinedโฆ A wedding. Low country boil was one of the main events for my wife and my wedding. I love this thing and if you order one, I hope you do too!

Stable cooking pot for big party.
Works great need 30 quarts of liquid for shrimp boil serving 14 people. Sure needed this big pot.

Not great for windy locations!
I bought this to boil down maple syrup and use for scalding chickens during processing. So far, I've been a bit underwhelmed that the wind guard isn't great at keeping the flame protected. Where I live it is often windy so I have to find a mostly sheltered site or the flame goes out which wastes a lot of propane. I was pleased though with the quality of the pot, it's a hefty pot!

It is aluminum not stainless
4 outta 5 stars cause itโs aluminum. But it boiled up some crab and crawfish real good and pretty quick! Iโd always go for stainless so you donโt have to worry about heat too too much but the size and price are pretty decent ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
