I had some outdoor speakers that I needed to replace the wire on. When I got the old wires out of the conduit, I could see the failure points, and decided to use better wire, better (waterproof) connections and GearIT wire wrap over the connection. GearIT makes great products, so I used their wire and shrink tube (this is an unsolicited review, by the way). I also used their pin connectors and banana plugs for my indoor stereo connections. I would certainly buy GearIT products again!

Good wire, not like the old days where you had insulators inside also but it was pretty easy to pull through the framing. USD about 400 feet so quite briny, but what isnโt these days. Good construction, very good jacket!

I ordered this cable because the mediabridge one i was using ran out and this one would arrive in one day instead of 2. This cable is much thinner than the other cable. I hope it works ok when the house is finished.
