I had a rather large bump on my cheek that I suspected was acne. But it would never come to a head. I had it for a number of years and it gradually grew. My daughter gave me a patch after I had trie really hard to squeeze stuff out of the bump. I got a very tiny amount. So, I put the patch on for a few hours and later took it off and saw some “matter” encased in the gel adhesive of the patch. So, I bought my own box and started using them regularly on this one spot. I think I went through 16 or more of the larger sizes just on this one spot on my cheek over the course of about 5 days. I could not believe how much stuff kept coming out! Finally it slowed down. So I decided to give it a rest. I tried it again a few days later with not much of anything coming out. I am not sure if I got it all or not. I suspect that it is/was quite deep. So, I will monitor it a go accordingly. This product really works! It is a safe way to extract unwanted acne matter from the skin.

Great variety in sizes. Have had an issue with them falling off after I put them on, but that could be a user issue. Overall, they have worked great.

Works well for healing/emerging pimples. Fairly thick and stiff, and sticks well when following prep instructions. Has hydrocolloid on one side, and a water resistant backing on the other. The patches are very unobtrusive on the sides of the face, but are obvious on the front despite blending in as well as I imagine any man-made translucent patch could.The patches would be difficult to peel for those who have hand dexterity issues, as as they are stuck quite well to the packet and difficult to grip despite being very thick and stiff. If you can peel it off and accidentally fold it on itself, the patch is pretty durable, and should be possible to peel and flatten again without tearing the patch apart.The thickness of the patches are ideal for pimples. It might be overkill for other small, non-weeping injuries that the patches can cover. I've tested pimples, finger fissures, thin skin, and a mild iron burn. It did nothing for cosmetic issues that weren't epidermic damage or whiteheads. It did provide sterile coverage for the burn and finger fissure, and held up to mild water exposure.
