UPDATED. Temper your expectations, and practice patience
What you see is what you get. Solid product from my first impressions. Takes time to see results. Went ahead and threw it into my pressure pot for a couple hours. Not because i don't trust the seller, but because the universe is unpredictable so it pays to be sure. I do this with every similar product. It's simple, a chimp could figure it out, so im sure if you're having trouble it's not the sellers fault, you need more practice and patience. This is great if you're on a budget. Also it came with cute stickers i put on my water bottle. Overall i expect this product to pay for itself in just a matter of time. Healing is not a fast process. Practicing the right care and patience is key. UPDATE: Fantastic product, getting great yeild in just the first week of fruiting. No contamination, easy to use. If you're having trouble I'd say interrogate the seller you got your genetics from or consider your technique. Highly recommend and very likely to buy again.

Happy with purchase
Bought two bags - inoculated both on the same day but one bag did seem a big lighter and dryer- and I only asked for advice on what I could do but man, they saved the day by really going above ground and beyond to ensure I wouldn’t suffer a loss - which I absolutely don’t take for granted but appreciate so much! The bags are a great solution for someone who just can’t dedicate to the sterilization and pasteurization process but loves the entire learning experience and hopefully reward. From what I can tell, these bags are absolutely top quality, I would rather spend a few more dollars and buy from a reputable vendor than waste spores/ LC and time plus the cost of a slightly cheaper bag. Wish they sold 5-6 lbs bags but the ones who do on here and other platforms don’t have the stellar reviews this vendor here has - and I am starting to see why. This has not been my first time but it’s been a minute and I definitely would classify myself a rookie still until I am comfortable using bulk materials with mono tubs and other growing methods. I’m definitely going to try! Anyhow- thank you so much to the vendor… I may update because I still have one review remaining and plan on coming back! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS VENDOR! Whoever gives a bad rating because genetics aren’t included needs to feel absolutely stupid giving a great product negative feedback… anyone who has common sense and can read would know you have to provide your own ! And I have to say - if you have contamination, it would have been YOUR fault… these bags are PERFECT- getting any square footage of my home ( kids, dogs and cats ) to be sterile isn’t going to happen… as long as you inoculate using isopropyl alcohol, gloves, mask and no air movement ( best to do so inside of a big, sterilized tote and spraying disinfectant around you right before) , also not using more than 3, maybe 4cc of LC because you don’t want all the extra humidity… Just do yourselves a favor and read as much as you can about mycology and different ways of cultivation so you get an idea of everything- that would be doing yourselves but also a seller, who’s selling completely perfect product, a huge favor instead of screwing up and blaming others for it! If i could do it, anyone can- trust me!

OUT FRICKEN STANDING PEOPLE! ! !
I have to say, I was big time skeptical. Mostly because it's millet and not rye. Rye having the highest nutrients in the grains. The other was the price. Less than most others, so what's the catch. My research calls for somewhat specific parameters however, budget delegates my research materials. Given that, I have to say that my research has been extremely interesting up to this point. I'm now studying hymae and the beginning of the pinning stages from the hymae. And the mycelium has completely consumed the entire block. These are premium spores I am studying the life cycle of, so I was hesitant about trying to save money and go with what I thought was a cheap all in one bag. Soooo not true. As long as you follow protocol and maintain a sterile application. The rest is basically automatic. Just sit and take notes as it progresses. I will be returning for more products yes, once I conclude my research as what appears to be completely successful and healthy, Which, if you know, means that the makers of this do have a successful process in sterilizing the inside and contents. So no contamination again, as long as sterile practices are followed. Update: Well in to fruiting cycle now. My original review was from a couple weeks past innoculation, but today, I have definite proof this is a five star product! Yes, this is manure moving mycelium, and yes, it is flourishing!!! The only thing I've donz is take the proper steps in my research to maintain that sterile environment. The rest I've simply just been sitting here marveling at. This is the best price available as well. I will be returning as a customer, definitely and with a larger order at that. Five star all the way. Thank you to the vendors for helping science progress. Nothing grew
I bought this and a North Spore grow bag. The North Spore bag is doing great, this bag? Not so much I injected it with spores and waited weeks. Nothing. Injected it again and still nothing. No contam and no mycelium. I put the spores on agar and they grew out fine with no contam. I am currently making some liquid culture from the spores that germinated on the agar and will try innoculating the bag a third time with the LC as a last ditch effort before trashing it. The grain layer and bulk substrate layer do appear more mixed than I would have expected, but the included directions mention that the layers could appear more mixed than they actually are. I'll update this review if I remember after I inoculate from the LC. UPDATE: innoculated with the clean LC (streak tested good) and I cut a hole in the bag and covered with micropore tape (other review claimed the filter patch is poor quality). Still nothing growing in the bag. No contam either. I bought this bag knowing nothing about mushrooms, but have learned quite a bit since buying this. I'm not sure what is wrong with the bag though, maybe the moisture content as others noted in reviews. Anyways no mycelium and no contam. Something was definitely wrong with this bag, but not sure what. Anyways to the dumpster, waste of money.

Great bag, amazing customer service.
I had an issue with the first bag I ordered, it dried out in shipping a little somehow. I contacted the seller and he immediately made it right. The new bag was at the perfect moisture levels with no contamination. Will update with pics as soon as I see growth. Update 1- innoculated the bag four days ago with one of my slower genetics. It showed a spot of mycelium by the next day and has been showing growth faster than any other bag I've used yet. Definitely recommend. And if you have an issue don't just give it a bad review, talk to the seller. He helped me immediately and there's so many variables in this hobby that if you get contam AFTER innoculation you can't rule it out being from you. Will update with more pics if I remember. Update 2- transfered into a shoebox bin, after break and shake I layed the bags sideways in a 6qt bin. Pressed down the substrate into the shape of the bin while being careful to keep the filter patch from touching the substrate. Let it re colonize without cutting the bag. Then trimmed the top of the bag off and left the bottom as a liner. Woke up today to a couple pins and a ton of primordia. I highly recommend this bag, it grew much faster than others I've used! It's the perfect size for a shoebox grow.
