Are the now acetyl l-carnitine produced in the usa and is it printed on the label?

Better focus, no stomach upset

I'm a senior looking for the perfect product to help my brain function and not upset my stomach. I believe I've found it. I do notice a difference in focus 45 min after I take one of these vitamins and I take one every morning. I never have stomach upset from this product. I didn't give it a 5 because I still can't remember where I put the keys.
