Easy to make.good quality.

I had tried a bamboo mat in the past but never quite got the knack of it. I found watching a couple YouTube vids to learn some techniques coupled with using this mat helped make rolling our favorite sushi very easy. It’s easy to clean, has small unobtrusive nubs on one side that helped me grip it a little easier while rolling. IMO it also seems more sanitary than the bamboo mats. Wish I had known about this sooner, we plan on enjoying more sushi at home now.

Great quality, a bit over priced for my opinion. I was using it in a professional manner, meaning daily. U do need to watch the wires as working as a sushi man comes with sharpened knives. It makes the rolling part much more efficient as you do not need to use a nyloned bamboo mat that needs to be replaced daily, oftenly twice or more a day.

Making sushi, I love this over the standard wooden mats. It's secure, a little more thick, and easy to maintain cleanliness due to the material

I was somewhat sceptical purchasing this item but all the positive reviews I read were accurate. Very sturdy, easy to clean, and nothing sticks to it. Great product.

Ótimo produto! É a segunda vez que compro. A primeira unidade dei de presente. As linhas de nylon acabam se quebrando, o que é normal. Por isso, comprei uma linha de pesca super-resistente de 0,50 mm; também é possível usar até 0,80 mm, ficando muito mais resistente. A única questão é que a linha de 0,80 mm marca o holls, mas os bastões de plástico são para toda a vida. 🥰
