It's functional but when you need to tilt and dump, the bolts can scrape your leg. It would be nice to have plastic covers on the exposed bolt ends.

Easy to assemble and will last for years.

Easy to assemble and is very sturdy.

Easy to put together. All plastic leaves a bit to be desired because it gets very flimsy when hauling. Could be bigger to handle more volume. For what I am doing, it works just fine. I did patch up my metal one to accommodate larger and heavier loads.

For the money, it's a great deal. Being the tub is plastic, they should include two large washers because without large washers, the two bolt heads holding the tub to the base bend as you tighten them. I went out and bought a couple large washers to solve the problem.
