Best scooter!
I'm so happy with this scooter. It's powerful. The battery life is amazing! Rode 5 miles and barely touched the battery life. It was fully charged in about 3 hours. It's so much fun to ride. Can't wait to ride today! Best Christmas gift I've ever bought myself! I was really impressed with Customer service who messaged me letting me know of any logistical delays. A friend of mine followed us we bought 2 on a back road while we adjusted to handling of the scooter we did great! He clocked me going 25mph! This thing rocks!!!

Seat is a bit lower but still a powerful scooter
It's a great powerful scooter. I love the speed that it give uphill. Only concern is the seat doesn't stay up no matter how tight we clamp it.

What's Bob doing wrong?
I was unable to keep the seat pole height set at where I wanted. I would set, tighten, and sit on seat. No matter how tight i would set, the seat would sink to the bottom when I sat on it. The seat would always sink to the bottom of the pole when I sat on it. I weigh in at about 200 lbs. I saw a guy at 280 lbs. ride around in a demo. None of the demos show this event happening?

Never had an electric bike before
I like this bike very much. Only thing is I had to buy a larger seat for it since the seat is uncomfortable.
