Great jump rope, the quality is top tier. This rope is heavy and good for arm muscles. I say to grip etc. highly recommend

Love it! I got the 1.5 to start small and im glad I did cause I got tired pretty quick and had to stop after my calves were burning and couldnt walk for a bit lol my handles started to come undone the first day but put some black hard duty tape and it is nice and sturdy now.

I purchased the 1.5 jump rope and I love it . Not too heavy and works really well.

This is a beautiful jump rope. The 1.5 lb. is easy to swing ... I find it easier than the very thin jump ropes. However, it is way too long for me and I couldn't see how to shorten it and keep the nice handles. I am returning.
