Helps with my plantar fasciitis. I have four sets of these so I don't have to continually switch them between my shoes. They are easily trimmed to fit my dress shoes and sneakers. They wear well and are a great alternative to custom orthotics.

I have high arches, and must wear insoles. I have tried EVERYTHING, and these are absolutely the best. I buy them over and over and over again. They don't come in every size, so I have to cut them to fit my shoes. My only bugaboo with them is they're quite bulky, so they don't fit dress shoes. I mainly wear them in athletic type shoes. I wish they would make a similar product that is less bulky for dress shoes. They're absolutely the best on the market that I'm aware of.
