This is my new cornbread skillet, old one broke while I was cleaning it. Glad I found one that works for me, just love the enamel coating.

This is a great, ceramic lined cast iron skillet. The heat is even. It cleans up easily and is small for a single person or to use camping.

My first cast iron skillet and it’s a good one! My husband throws it one the grill as well and has not gotten any damage!

My one little thing, however, is that this pan is definitely heavy, but it’s definitely worth it for the performance you get. It’s a solid, heavy-duty piece of gear, so you just have to be a bit mindful when moving it around, especially in a compact apartment kitchen. Also, while the pan itself is excellent, I did notice the maintenance instructions seemed to be for standard cast iron rather than enameled, which was a tiny bit confusing at first. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, and since it’s enameled, it’s actually much easier to maintain and clean, making the confusion a very minor point. All in all, I'm really happy with this cast iron frying pan. It works perfectly, delivers fantastic results with every meal, and is a very appealing option for anyone looking for worth-the-value cookware that is built to last. It has been a game-changer for our cooking routine, and I’m super happy with its excellent performance and how beautiful it looks in our apartment kitchen. It’s definitely a solid choice for a reliable and durable kitchen companion!

No matter how I use the oil coating with the instruction described, it sticks horrible, I couldn’t make a perfect fried egg, it always scrambled eggs with sticky burned bottom.
