Bought these for a sound machine with a broken cord; they fit great and brought the sound machine back to life. The cords are a little stiff and can crack if bent around a lot

Did not work for my lelo

Specifically said that it would be compatible with lelo. Something is off because it does not fit all the way in to the charging port and does nothing. I don’t see any options for returning or getting a refund either.
