The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is the zap straps it comes with were not long enough to go around my balcony railing. Which is ultimately no big deal. Review: We purchased this product after a conversation with our neighbor about our windy 3rd floor balcony. We were both considering putting some kind of barrier that could be semi-permanently attached to the railing. We wanted something that was not too noticeable, easily removed if wanted/needed and still block the wind. A few days later he had found the perfect solution. He bought the 3ftx16ft length cut it in half. He added two holes and put grommets on them to match (one on top and one on bottom of each piece) tighten it up due to making it into two pieces. He then used zip ties to attach them to each end of the balcony. We have since done the same thing. It works wonderful, not blocking to much of the view. You still get plenty of air flow but really cuts down on the wind. It also adds just the right amount of privacy. We opted not to do the front as we still wanted a view to look out on and if you want you can stand and see over the rail on both sides. I would highly recommend. Cost effective also.

Our former privacy screen died - it was an attractive faux vine. This does not look as pretty but hides our deck from prying neighbours’ eyes and the white screen is not too noticeable. Too early to tell how dirty it will get.

The net is strong and I loved it and I probably would order another one but beware my package came without zip-ties and I had to go out and buy some before I could put it up.
