Princes Rhubarb in Light Syrup (540g) - Pack of 2

I never bought canned rhubarb before, never had to in Michigan. I had to make a rhubarb pie for my granddaughter, and I was in Alabama. This rhubarb tasted fine.

I believe the contents have gone rancid despite the expiration being a year off. The rhubarb has disintegrated and turned a putrid yellow and tastes foul. I understand not being able to return food items but I would like a refund for this awful product

The taste was different than expected along with the color. It was not a good value for the money. It took two cans to make one 9 Inch pie. Quality was not what I called good and after baking still not good. I will try to find frozen.

I had never bought canned rhubarb before, so maybe it is all like this.There wasn't any fresh rhubarb available in the area that I could find at this time of year.But when this canned rhubarb was baked into a strawberry-rhubarb pie, it tasted great, but it disintegrated into the consistency of apple sauce.

I was worried when I opened the can as it looked like the pictures shown but I made a rhubarb pie and it was great was great! I did drain off the liquid and didn’t use it. Today I ordered 2 more cans.

I made a rhubarb and apple crumble with this product. It was necessary to use 2 cans, but it was delicious.

No rhubarb here. It doesn’t have the texture, flavor,smell, or color of rhubarb. It’s apple pie filling. What a huge disappointment. A big rip off
