I am very excited about this Keratin. I have been using one capsule a week for the last 3 weeks. I currently have braids and will know more about the effectiveness after I remove them. My goals are that this product will minimize hair breakage and that my hair will feel stonger and healthier. I do like the smell and thickness of the product. With one capsule it is pampering and massage time for my hair and scalp. Afterwards my braids still look fresh and well maintained.
