The log in, the app is not working. I tried by phone and computer and after a couple of days that I registered and was able to log in. It stoped working. I will have to return it.

Works perfectly, and when I needed help with the setup, Sam from customer support was incredibly helpful!

Not easy, complicated and make you buy an app to optimize

Cumple mis expectivas

Good materials and easy to program BUT. Not efficient at all, gives you incorrect or unclear information, terrible or non-existent technical support or videos.

Not easy to use and you can’t have any employees use it without a subscription which was not in the description of the product

Once you read the. instructions. and figure out the setup, I definitely think it’s a worthwhile investment. The quality of the device itself seems pretty good. Good build, sturdy, doesn’t seem cheap. The brand seems reputable and has a decent reputation. For basic timekeeping, this seems fairly accurate if you can get everything set up properly and working. However, the app seems like it could use an update or two to really be as good as it could be. For instance, when I first tried connecting the product to WiFi, I couldn’t do it because it required a WiFi password and I was using open WiFi to test it. I gave up and switched to my personal WiFi later. It just seems like there are some small changes that would make things easier and more streamlined. The basics work alright though, and the thumbprint clock-in thing is pretty sweet. If you run a small business, you’ll quickly get your money back by time saved. No more employees “guessing” on their time cards. For the price, I can’t complain.
