I got this as a recommendation for โsupplementing my dietโ to โhelp with leg crampsโ, but it doesnโt help. In yogurt this blended well and lasted quite a long time. I like the cheesy flavour as well and it wasnโt bad sprinkled on salad or over hot dishes. The price is high as I imagine it was imported personally and a hefty margin was added, which is reasonable. On my recent trip to the US I bought a similar bag of same size at Trader Joeโs it was only about $3.00. So this one is pricey.

It is a very useful cheese flavour substitute for my vegan cooking and provides a boost to B12 for non meat eaters. Avoid if you are yeast free (candida diet).
