Easy to assemble and easy to use. Super nice and comfy. Love the zero gravity mode, it's so relaxing. Lots of options make it so everyone is happy. It's great after a good workout and helps with tired sore muscles. Very pleased with it and so is the entire family.

I got this for shoulder lower back and legs. The chair does adjust in zero gravity mode slightly so that what I use it in. The shoulder for me (5'10) about 1 set of rollers too low ok intensity. Lower back good spot good intensity. Upper legs good spot very liw intensity. Pressure only lower legs. Has feet message. Very intense maybe too intense. Arms pressure only like lower legs but i find no benefit. Controls are very difficult to figure out. I use the basics with zero g and turn off arms. Overall i like it and for the discount price its great. It was easy to assemble no instructions were found and no manual for the control pad. Has bluetooth not used and a holder for a cell phone. Tried looking up on line was not able to find. Arrived unassembled in two large boxes.

Massage Chair Heaven. My body felt better right away. Was not difficult to assemble. The size is perfect. Very well made. It massages and heats my whole body. I HIGHLY recommend this massage chair. This is one of my BEST purchases ever. I'm very satisfied. Now I can have a massage in my apartment, without having to pay someone every time.

Ever since getting this chair, I find myself rushing home from work so I can beat the rest of the family to it. The rolling & kneading simultaneously on different areas is perfect for end of day relaxation. It genuinely feels like you have 4 people massaging you at the same time. Might as well keep a towel handy for that moment to catch the drool. As somebody who works with my hands a lot and am on my feet for extended hours daily, this chair works wonders for me because the arm section applies pressure, and the foot area has rollers that both move very fluidly so I can really relax and clear my mind. Some options on control panel can be strong enough to actually works out knots so it is great if you like lots of pressure. Ok this is a massage chair its not a chair which you can use as a regular chair ill explain below. 1.Its big and when it reclines it needs room. 2.Its a strong massage so be aware it really massages you and kneads you. 3.Its not a comfy chair you can sit in all the time in my opinion it is for a massage first and foremost. 4.Its a bit of a challenge to put together I managed as I have a degree in IKEA furniture )) assembly. 5.One box came 1 day then a day after the second box turns up so don't panic if you see its 1 of 2 on the box ideally it should come all at once. 6.Instructions are as always not great and not really that clear so its a case of taking your time when assembling. Now what's good it really does a good range of massages and the touch screen is great and easy to use and the price is very good.

I've had this massage chair for a few months now, and I honestly don't know how I lived without it. From the moment I sat down, the Zero Gravity mode I just float off amongst the stars! I love it!! The airbag compression is amazing. It’s really easy to follow the instructions and find the program and intensity that suits you. This feels magical on how well it massages my sore legs and feet alongside the back massage. I use this at least a few times a week and it's well worthwhile. It's quite quiet at work and has a great personalised Bluetooth system to play music to you personally from your phone while you're in the chair

Just under 2 months of use... This is probably on the lower end a you'd expect given the price. As such, the padding is unquestionably thin, to the point that the very basic rollers are bordering in painful. I had spare padding in the house which made this more usable. Could it be more intuitive? Yes. But is it simple enough to figure out. Also yes. It is quite a large chair and this one probably is also lower down on the aesthetics front but it was way cheaper than a lot of others. The range of movement isn't great. The type of movement is limited. But I have to put that in the context that this is on the cheap end of where these type of chairs go. Seems sturdy enough. The seller kindly sent a video instruction that made it easier to follow. If I'd known how basic this was would I buy it again? Probably not.
