Perfect and polished
These are perfect. Th here is absolutely no skin irritation at all. It opens and closes so nicely. It looks great! I am obsessed with how it looks in my nose. I have never got to have a septum ring in my size because that being stretch so I was super excited when they had one that was so easy to click and in my size. It was also not a crazy prize for how well it was made. I will definitely buy more colors

Correct gauge and diameter. As described
Updated::: Got here a day later than expected. But the size is correct and the diameter is correct. 8g, 10mm diameter. I am going to get a smaller diameter to see if it looks better than this one though. Don't know if I like the wider diameter. But that's personal preference. So I wound up getting the 8g, 8mm diameter and it looks much better than the 10mm in my opinion. Pics posted.

Not entirely smooth
I will start off by saying they are true to size. They fit great and are just what I was looking for. The clasp was easy to open but not easy enough to where it's pop open with a slight bump to it. I did have an issue with one of the hoops not being entirely smooth (and I bought these for my lips) but other than that they're great.
